Dear Esther:

This is a link to google's cache file of the front page of my church's site that you removed from your server:

Google probably took snapshots of some of the other pages as well.

I think you will note that the title on the front page would have answered the question of whether this was a 'local church' ministry endeavor.

Please ask the smartest techie you know to figure out how to find this and restore as many pages as possible.

Thank you,

Dear Esther:

Could you please forward this to the person in Technical Services who
reviewed our site and made the decision to delete it.
My hope is that their
computer would still have a cache file of the site.

This work is important to the future of Christian Giving by Americans to the
other nations of the world.

Thank you for going the extra mile to assist in this important matter.

Sincerely yours,

Dear Robert,

The site id USCASOBCOFBCOG, did not indicate that it was connected to a church, therefore it did not comply with our license agreement. We had email you in regards to this and gave you two weeks to make the changes or reply to us in regards to it being in question. Since we did not hear back from you after the two weeks the site was removed. Unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve the information on a site once it has been removed. If your program is connected to a local church and you would like to create a new site you may do so with our web builder, however you will need to indicate on the site that this ministry or program is connected to a church and indicate the church name and information. Thank you for your understanding on this matter!

Sincerely,

Dear Esther:

Could you please locate the page I started with you. As far as I know, I had not broken any rules in your agreement. This was a page to explore 'interactivity' potential for a local-church web team as a web-based alternative to the humdrum, academic paper that is being required of me.

This was an important site to me because it did contain the results of tweaking and editing not available to me anywhere else in my archives.

I would gladly buy a separate domain...again, I reiterate that I was not aware of any breach of contract. Shawna told me that your records indicate that you had tried to write our church address  fbcgalt@sbcglobal.net on February 22nd and March 3rd. I have checked with our secretary and neither one of us received those emails. My guess is that our yahoo mailbox filtered them as spam.

I sure hope you can help me retrieve this site. At least for a day so we can copy and archive to our hard drive. It does represent hours of editing which cannot really be replicated in any other way.

In addition, I appeal to your Board's sense of compassion and understanding that this site was intended to promote Missionary Endeavor, Enhance Giving to Christian Causes, and develop a hunger for an understanding of Church History (in the local church and in churches around the world).

My fear is that this labor has been deleted. My hope is that it still exists and that you will reinstate the free page (or allow me to simply purchase a domain for the site).

I do stand by the assertion that this site is good for the greater Kingdom of God and supports the scope of the International Bible Society.

I will attempt to call you when you return from your break.

Sincerely yours,
